Want to lose weight?

Every size and shape is beautiful to me, personally i think bigger girls are perfect, i mean if you have curves i want to be you. Although i do know some of you would like to lose weight because you are self conscious so i'm here to give you some tips so you don't do things you don't need to, and shouldn't. Girl's, DO NOT starve yourself, i don't know how many people iv'e had to tell this, it does NOT help! Sure it might help you lose a couple pounds but if you starve yourself when you do start to lose weight and then start eating, you WILL gain weight faster than you would if you didn't starve yourself. See when your body is being neglected and you starve yourself and then eat your body feel the need to take all the fat in because it thinks you need it, and it will just make you gain weight even faster. I suggest a healthy diet, not to extreme, eat what is healthy for you, or just eat smaller portions of your meals, you don't need to starve yourself you just need to eat healthy. Also exercise regularly, but not to extreme as well, 6 hours a week of exercise is the healthy amount maybe 7. DO NOT over exercise because if you over exercise it will make you even more hungry than you were. There are many healthy foods that are known to help lose weight and i will list them for you at the bottom. Please do not starve yourself, you never know what it could come to, if you let it go on for to long you could develop an eating disorder like bulimia or anorexia, those disorders are deathly and if you end up getting help they will just force you to eat and gain weight anyways. Maintain a healthy weight, and a healthy body figure for your age, and height.

 Some food's that are known to help people lose weight:

  •  Nuts (almonds, peanuts, etc) 
  •  Leafy greens (lettuce, spinach, etc) 
  • Oats 
  • Watermelon 
  • Olive Oil Beans 
  • Peppermint 
  • Bananas 
Those are only some of the foods i know of that help lose weight, i know there are plenty of others if you feel the need to look them up Also with the exercising, if you exercise regularly it quickens your metabolism and that helps lose weight as well.
